Each of the different colours of fruits and vegetables contain tremendous health components, important to our good health.

(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol – carries most of the cholesterol that is delivered to cells. Called the ‘bad’ cholesterol because when its level in the bloodstream is high it can clog up your arteries.)
Orange and Yellow Fruits and Vegetables

Green Fruits and Vegetables
Contain chlorophyll, fibre, calcium, folate, Vitamin C, and Beta-carotene which may help reduce cancer risks, lower blood pressure and LDL cholesterol levels, normalize digestion time, support retinal health and vision, fight harmful free-radicals, and boost our immune system activity.
Blue and Purple Fruits and Vegetables
